How are you doing this week?
This Sunday, we talked about the suffering and sentencing of Christ under Pontius Pilate. In the middle of the passage, Pilate calls for the people to “Behold, the man!”
Pilate wants the people to behold this pitiful, weak, and broken man. John wants us to behold our Savior. Through Jesus’ humiliation and death, we are saved.
Take some time this week and meditate on the cross of Christ. He endured this for you.
