Vision

To handle the logistical details of our EM in a way to better manage our ministry and give great awareness of the heart of our ministry

Goals

  1. More efficient handling of finances so that our leaders and members have a better understanding of exactly what is happening with our finances and whether they are being used effectively
  2. To have a more improved website that will give the user a better picture and knowledge of our EM, more visibility and expanded options for the future
  3. The creation of promotional materials (such as the EM Manual and brochure) that will give newcomers a better grasp of our ministry and create better awareness of the nature of our EM
  4. To properly handle the EM budget to ensure that financial targets are being hit as well as warning with overuse of funds
  5. Giving detailed financial reports and overviews to the EM leaders and members so that people aware of giving and spending trends
  6. To promote any type of financial fundraising drives including informing the congregation of the needs and how they can participate

Department Duties and Responsibilities

  1.   Administration
  2.   Website – Updating current announcements, photos, information
  3.   Promotions – Brochures, Welcoming Materials, etc.
  4.   EM Finances – Offering totals, fundraising totals
  5.   EM Budget – setting the yearly budget, maintaining financial goals and target amounts

Qualifications for Administrative Department Leader

  1. A current registered member of New Life in good standing for one year with completion of the EM Membership Course
  2. Display leadership skills in leading others, handling administrative duties, and delegating responsibilities
  3. Showing integrity especially in the means of handling finances

Responsibilities for the Administrative Department Leader

  1. Handling the weekly offering and accounting of totals
  2. Overseeing and directing future members of the Administrative team
  3. Working with the Webmaster to order to maintain our website, making sure that all details are current and relevant
  4. Holding and leading departmental meetings as needed
  5. Creating clear deadlines for administrative duties to be accomplished
  6. Coming up with monthly financial reports for our EM Core Meeitings

Responsibilities for the Administrative Department Member

  1. Updating the website on a regular basis
  2. Creating an EM brochure and updating as needed
  3. Assisting with the offering and bookkeeping for our EM finances
